About Jim Nadeau

Jim Nadeau has been working in the real estate industry for over 35 years, providing brokerage services, land use consultation, and education.

First licensed as an Associate Broker in 1993, and becoming a REALTOR in 2004, his passion to self-improve has remained a mainstay in his life. In 2019, Jim became a Designated Broker and founded Jim Nadeau Realty with the vision of creating a brokerage agency where he could integrate his diverse knowledge and experience into real estate transactions, offering clients personalized and comprehensive service unique to the industry.
